The modpack for this event is the NEW Red Devils v23 modpack.
Information
This a-historical event will follow the British 1st Airborne Division in the Mediterranean, 1942.
Notes
• Airborne Forces are tasked with sabotaging twin radar installations, before moving onto destroy the Luftwaffe's planes based at a local airfield.
• Expect Luftwaffe installation troops alongside local Italian Garrisons manning defensive outposts and pillboxes.
• Each radar installation has roughly a section of signalers surrounded by wire 3 meters deep, there is an alarm system in the installation with a switch located on the speaker post to alert nearby garrisons of an attack. This MUST be covered at all times until destroyed.
• Should one radar be attacked before the other, the twin will sound their alarm system as a precaution.
• The Airfield is located in farm country surrounded by fields of olive trees, surrounded by guard towers with searchlights, two-man patrols, and two MG-34 mounted Kubelwagens.
• The Airfield must be held to allow the RAF a drop zone to resupply airborne troops.
