Information
This a-historical event will follow American Marines in the Pacific, 1942.
Notes
[*]The Rapidly advancing Japanese have their sights on Australia.
[*]They aim to use Guadalcanal as a springboard to invade.
[*]The Japanese Naval prowls the seas, with their forces occupied hunting American Carries, it leaves a small window for a division of marines to land.
[*]We have good information that the enemy is disorganized and sporadic.The enemy may have artillery, though any effective fire would take some time to set up.
Task
(i) Marines will land with speed and aggression, moving swiftly off the beachhead.
(ii) Marines will then begin the long march to the enemy occupied airfield.
(iii) Marines will capture the airfield and hold it at all costs.
