2019 Community Review

We've nearly wrapped up 2019 and it has been quite the year. 

We've seen many people come and go. We've seen extensive reworking of the Company. We've seen a lot of change.

The annual community review serves to give everyone a chance to share their opinion. 

This form is extensive and will take some time to complete, and a bit longer if you are opinionated.

Please make ALL and ANY suggestions and comments that you have. I'd rather leave no stone unturned and question everything we do, as it will make us better for the future.

Additionally, there will be an end of year meeting on 21DEC19 at 1900 hrs UTC+0. All Officers and NCOs are expected to attend and Other Ranks have the option to (highly advised).

There is a lot on the agenda to talk about. If you have anything you want to bring up, please reply down below so I can schedule it into the meeting at an appropriate point (or you can bring it up at the time, but this may ruin the flow of the session).

Sorry for not responding however, I don't really see the point of doing a yearly review when I've only been in the regiment for less than a month, therefore I won't be in the meeting.

I was under the impression that recruits who've been in this unit for a week shouldn't participate in this poll/event. I won't make it though.
