28APR18 - Operation Market Garden Playtest

Saturday 28/04/18 - 2030hrs UK/BST/GMT+1

Forgotten Fronts (a mod team) are releasing a new map. We have been asked if we would be one of the units to playtest the map. 2nd Battalion, Essex Regiment 7th Armoured Division?? will be joining us too. This event is 1 hour and 30 minutes LATER than usual.

Scenario





British Notes
- The British Para's are armed with Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I's from Project Infinite.
- One Bren gun per 10 man section and 1 Assistant Machine gun.
- Section Commander's will have Sten Mk.V's

German Notes
-The Germans have 1 MG-team per Gruppe, they have 4 opelblitz trucks and have four 8-man squads

Objectives
1st mission is to seize German activity in Heelsum. 
2nd Mission is to make a stronghold near the Railroad and eliminate all Germans

Mission
- Basic ACE medical system will be used. Reason being is because not everyone is experienced with Advanced.
- Communications are squad based, no radio's will be used for both teams and there will be a briefing before the mission starts.
- Mission will be set to Veteran. So no 3rd Person and no crosshairs.
