Specific Orders
Situation
We have a mechanised Axis force in pursuit as we 'advance' to the north towards the beach. We will be continuing our movement from Ghyvelde in the south.

Tasks
1. Move to Bray-Dunes.
2. Loot and destroy an enemy cache in Bray-Dunes.
3. Continue retrograde back to the north.
4. Hold back German mechanised and armoured assaulting forces in "Oboe".

The exact plan of movement to Bray-Dunes from the Assembly Area will be given at the beginning of the session, including the assault on Bray-Dunes and the assault on the North-Western Village nicknamed "Oboe".

Initial Movement Map

Organisation of the battlegroup is as follows:
50th (N.) ID
  • King Section (HQ, 1)
  • Able Section (4)
  • Baker Section (3)
  • Charlie Section (5)
  • Dog Section (Engineers, 2)
Where the number in brackets is the order of the element in their chain of command.

Red Devils
  • 1 Section
  • Carrier 1 Bandit
  • Carrier 2 Buccaneer
  • 1x Attached Medic
The Section will include a Boys AT rifle (PTRD) with "enough ammunition to kill a division". The carrier crews will have standard rifleman kits.

Teams will be as follows:
  • Section Commander and Medic
  • No.1 Team (No.1 Rifleman, No.1 Bomber)
  • No.2 Team (No.2 Rifleman, No.2 Bomber)
  • No.3 Team (No.3 Rifleman, No.3 Bomber)
  • Gun Group (Section 2IC, No.1 Bren, No.2 Bren)
  • Bandit (Driver, 1st Gunner)
  • Buccaneer (Driver, 1st Gunner)
  • No.4 Team (2nd Gunner, Rifleman, both from Bandit)
  • No.5 Team (2nd Gunner, Rifleman, both from Buccaneer)
Note that No.4 and No.5 team are made from carrier crew members who will often be dismounted and will possibly (depending on the situation at the event) may become regular infantry, without ties to the carriers. No.4 and No.5 team will only be created/used when all other roles are filled.
