From now on all signups and LOAs will need to be posted in response to the event's respective forum post, e.g. http://reddevilsarma.org/showthread.php?tid=95 . If you know you will be on LOA before the thread is created then you can inform your 2IC/Commander so they can submit this information as necessary. 

It is super important that you do this so we are not left in the dark and can plan events accordingly.
